Immersion blenders are a specific type of mini blender that are most often used for hot and relatively liquid blending tasks. Immersion blenders offer a clean, quick, and convenient way to blend many different types of food, without dirtying extra dishes. The immersion blender is essentially the blade and motor portion of a blender. The layout of the immersion mini blender is a hand-held motored segment (usually long and round) with a cord on one end (attaching to the power outlet) and a metal pole on the other, with blades at the end.
